Maryse Williams

Maryse Williams, the Founder and CEO of JobMorph is passionate about helping professionals get the most out of their career journeys with NexGen solutions.

Maryse came to the US in 1967 as a refugee escaping genocide. She realized early on that she, along with millions more, were saved by one man, Edmund Safra: a businessman, a self-made millionaire at 16, and later billionaire, who took every opportunity he could to directly help others, including her family.

Edmund inspired her to serve others like he had done with her family and so many others. Mentoring and inspiring others became part of her hardwiring, and she dedicated her life to paying it forward for others to gain opportunities like the one that she was given. It was the reason why she sought a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Theology. She later earned two more credentials: an MBA from Loyola University and the Business Analytics Program Degree from the Harvard Business School.

Her career experience has involved over 30 years of working with clients on their career journeys, where she utilized the method of testing, learning, and iterating leading her to help over 42k clients find their dreams jobs. To Maryse, it’s always been about the opportunity to help others transform their lives.

All of Maryse’s experiences and her passion influenced her to found JobMorph in 2020. She is devoted to guiding professionals to succeed and reach their goals. She developed a team of experts that have her same passion and are dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their goals. Maryse, as well as her team understand the importance of providing expert advice, constantly advancing their own knowledge to best serve their clients, and taking advantage of tech solutions to make the journey easier and more effective.
