About Us

Founder
Before launching JobMorph in 2020, I thought long and hard about what people trying to make big changes in their lives really needed. I drew on my background in business, psychology, and theology, talked to thousands, and took a deep dive, too, into the data. What I discovered is that the best way to achieve our goals is through coaching. It turns out that study after study (including ones done by Harvard, NIH, and the US Navy) have proven that the best way to achieve your goals is by partnering with someone who can guide you, step by step, to get there.
That’s the crux of what JobMorph, the company I started in 2020, is about. It’s about me partnering with you to get to where you want to get to where you want to get to, on the timeline that makes sense to you, at the pace that makes sense to you. One way I like to explain it is to say, “it’s me getting into the boat with you to paddle instead of you doing it alone.”
I also learned that every single year for the last 30+ years, every bit of research into how people find their dream job shows they land through networking. Yes, just as you suspected, it’s not about what you know, but who you know. During my long history working with clients, I have developed some fantastic connections with people in organizations big and small. And an important part of what I do is connect my clients to people I know who they might not know but could help them in their careers.
So, a major reason to work with me is for you to get access to that network of more than 15,000 connections I have built. Every week, I put people together who don’t know each other but should. I see myself as a “connector” and want to introduce each client to individuals who can offer mentorship, guidance, friendship, and opportunities.
The other thing I discovered is that everyone has a different destination in mind – so cookie cutter, for every single person, just is foolishness. Every single person I spoke to has a totally different life history and came to the situation they wanted to change with very different needs. This is why my approach is customized to every single person who joins.
What you are getting is not a *program* but a pass to access services that you can use, as needed, including coaching but also including every possible thing I could find that might help you go from where you are to where you want to be. I truly am passionate about leveraging the best technologies to make the work of getting from here to there as easy as possible on my clients.
So, in every step of the process, you will experience NexGen solutions, using Ai tools to drive interviews and offers, cloud solutions to customize resumes and automate applications, and neural networks to guide self-discovery. It’s about putting in your hands the best solutions that exist that are used by MIT, Harvard, Yale, and Stanford students. Giving you the edge they get.
A little bit about me personally: I came to the US in 1967 as a refugee escaping genocide. I realized early on that, along with millions more, I was saved by one man, Edmund Safra: a businessman, a self-made millionaire at 16, and later billionaire, who took every opportunity he could to directly help others, including my family. Edmund inspired me to serve others like he had done. Mentoring and inspiring others became part of my hardwiring, and I dedicated my life to paying it forward for others to gain opportunities like the one that I was given. It was the reason why I sought a BA in Psychology and a master’s in theology. I later earned two more credentials: an MBA from Loyola University and then, even later, completed the 18-Month program at the Harvard Business School focusing on using data to drive results. My career experience has involved over 30 years of working with clients on their career journeys, where I utilized the method of testing, learning, and iterating leading me to help over 42k clients find their dreams jobs. To me, it’s always been about the opportunity to help others transform their lives. All my experiences and my passion influenced me to found JobMorph in 2020. I am devoted to guiding professionals to succeed and reach their goals. I have lived in Cairo, Paris, NYC, Miami, Upstate NY, Cambridge, Scranton, Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Highland Park, IL, Norfolk, VA, and today I make my home in Hayes Center, Nebraska (pop 212) with the love of my life, a retired US Navy Captain, and our 2 GSPs guiding us, North and South.
A little bit about the history of JobMorph: Founded in 2020 JobMorph was created by me to fill an important gap that was blocking people from getting the opportunities they richly deserved. Every step of the way, people have stepped in to help me create what is now a thriving community of over 50,000 professionals. From the very first investor, who threw in $25k when JobMorph was selected by Kevin O’Leary’s team to be featured on his platform which then enabled us to secure an additional 120 investors, raising enough capital ($250k) to get me to this place where I am now that allows me to focus 100% of my time on helping others to transform their lives.
