The JobMorph Career Coaching Pass gives you access to 12 services. You can choose to use all 12 services we offer or selected the ones that you want to use.. We want you to customize the program to your needs + we’re always adding new services to the mix as we test, learn, and iterate.
Strategy Sessions – 90 minutes 1:1 with our founder, Maryse Williams. Maryse is passionate and easy to talk to. She’s deeply committed to helping others achieve what they want from their career. She uses her education including a BA in Psychology, an MA in Theological Studies, and an MBA as well as 30 years of professional experience as coach, mentor, manager, and leader to provide guidance to her clients. Her objective, above all else, is to listen and understand the challenges her clients face and to provide thoughtful options to consider as solutions.
30 Minute 1:1 Coaching – The JobMorph Career Coaching Session provides that safe space to seek career guidance. Whether you are not sure what you want to do next, or need a sounding board for a job offer, or help to prepare for an interview, or anything else, the JobMorph Career Coaching Session can assist.
Group Mentoring – Three times a week, you’ll can do group coaching with Maryse and hear from her specific tactics that consistently work. Each session is 50 minutes long and recorded so you can attend LIVE or watch it at your convenience. Topics include Salary Negotiation, Networking, Ask Me Anything, and many others.
Career Assessments – We’ll share with you tools you can use to help you decide what’s right for you as a next step in your career. Tools that can offer real insights to help you better understand your skills, talents, abilities, and aptitudes.
Weekly Job Leads – Every week, we find jobs that we think would be a good fit for you. Job boards, with their literally ten million plus jobs, can be overwhelming! Particularly for busy professionals. We make it easier by finding roles that we see as strong matches for your interests and expertise and presenting those specific opportunities to you so that you can review.
Resume – Good resumes get interviews for jobs you want. And if yours is working to do that, we’re going to recommend you stick with it. But if it’s not, and you have applied to a significant number of jobs without interviews, we’ll help you create a version B to test. We’ll do the heavy lifting when it comes to the template. And you’ll focus mostly on making sure that you are highlighting your greatest accomplishments on your resume (and ready to do so in the interviews you will be getting).
Cover Letter – Cover letters are vital for professionals. If you have one that expresses who you are, what you bring to the table, and why you are here today, and why you are seeking this role, we will make sure it has the tone (and format) expected for the roles you are seeking. But if you don’t, we’ll do the work to create one for you.
Weekly Interview Practice – Every week, you can practice interviewing for 30 minutes. We want you to be ready for any opportunities that come your way. And we want you to continually improve, learning from mistakes made, and perfecting your answers to common questions, and getting more comfortable when you under that pressure of being interviewed by recruiters, hiring managers, and the higher ups.
Facilitated Networking – We will facilitate connections between you and others where we think there’s could be a real opportunity for a mutually beneficial long-term, professional relationship. We’ve introduced clients to their future employers as well as to their new BFF, mentor, or colleague. The idea we have is to act as that bridge between you and someone we believe you should know; helping make that critical introduction that’s often needed to get things started.
Networking Coaching – Networking not your thing? We can help you. Over a four-week period, in group coaching, we’ll cover (in depth) three highly successful techniques for making professional friends, fostering those relationships, and leveraging them for company referrals. Lots of materials to take home and keep. Get ready to go from novice networker to ninja networker!
LinkedIn Optimization – There’s no doubt that the platform can be very valuable to professionals, but many don’t know all the features and benefits for the free (or the premium membership). We’ll show you these and help you to better understand how to make full use of your membership.
